The company proactively reached out to me and set up a 15-minute call with the COO. The call was based entirely around the book: Who: The A Method for Hiring
Book by Geoff Smart and Randy Street. Little room for questions. Seems like a standard company with HR leaders being disproportionally represented by white men.
