At the moment the interview process is quite slow. It is a 4-step process and there can be weeks to a month between each step. After applying there is an initial phone screening. After that they will have you do a technical phone screening with someone in that field. Get through that and you will have a virtual panel interview where you give a presentation and talk about yourself for an hour while panelists either ask questions throughout, or at the end. Then you need to wait for a job offer which could take a month or more. Blue Origin has some growing pains right now and takes too long for some people that actually need a job to pay bills.
