Entretien
Lengthy but enjoyable process. Was asked to create and present an hour- long overview on a couple projects I led. The time went by faster than anticipated and the conversation was organic. I have been able to use this information on other interviews and forced me to do some self-reflection.
I have a very good personal friend who has been with Blue Origin for a few years that sent me an internal link to complete an application for a HR position. I never once heard back, I feel that since I completed an internal application an email or call back at the bare minimum would have been professional and respectful.

I met with one person, then another, then another person back to back. Everyone was friendly and I appreciated that I went in once instead of having me come back.

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, when did you have to work with a difficult customer, there was a question about deadlines, they were common interview questions.
