The process started with filling out an online application, about two weeks later I received an email from recruiting to schedule the first interview. The first interview was pretty easy, it was about 45 minutes with only behavior based questions (why do you want to work here, what do you know about Blue Origin, go through your résumé), there were no technical questions or anything out of the ordinary. About two or three days later, I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a second interview, this was a technical interview with two senior managers that was a lot more in depth. There was a mix of behavior based questions with technical questions (please describe a project, from start to finish, that you recently worked on, would you be ok living in Van Horn for 9 days at a time, what software are you comfortable with, MS Project, Excel, ect)
Overall, both interviews went extremely well, there was nothing that caught me off guard, and I felt like I was completely prepared for all the questions. However, about three or four weeks after the second interview, I received an email stating that they were moving forward with other candidates.
