Screening call from HR representative followed by Screening interview with Hiring Manager. Then the biggie...a group interview with a team of six managers and engineers. A 40 min presentation to the group followed by 30 min 1-on-1 sessions with each.

Initial 30min Recruiter Screening that asked mostly motivation for working at Blue Origin and what technical skills you bring that match the Job Description. During the same meeting, I was told I'd be going forward to the panel interview.
My panel was 5 1-on-1 45 min sessions. Very big mixture of behavioral and technical questions depending on who you're interviewing with.
The interview process was smooth and easy to organize. Everything was set up efficiently and completed within a few weeks. There was a panel interview with several experts on the team. Overall, I had a great experience.
