Applied in January got a Hiring manager interview. Then I did a COVID equivalent to an on-site interview (final interview) in February. This consisted of an hour presentation, and 4 30 minute interviews with the team. Then 3 weeks later I talk with HR after the interview get told the team liked me. Then from February to April, every few weeks I got told the hiring process is taking longer than normal but they are still interested. After April I was ghosted and Workday said I was considered not selected for the role. Fast forward to July, I get a voicemail from HR saying they had some good news and to call them back. So I called them back and they won't return my calls or emails after they called me to initiate contact. So I am left confused about why they called me after months of no contact. Overall the interview experience was great but HR is not consistent in giving candidates a denial about a job. They also seem to like keeping people on the hook for as long as possible. So to everyone in the interview process be prepared for a similar experience as mine.
