Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blue Origin en mars 2016
Entretien
I submitted my resume and received a phone call in record time. Set up a non-technical (HR) interview that resulted in a second more technical interview (Developer). During the second interview, I asked the developer what a typical work week was like and I lost a ton of steam when he mentioned the 50hrs+ of expected work hours. Nonetheless, I was told I'd receive more information about an in person interview, but the next day I received a voice mail and an email urgently requesting that I call in. So, I dial in expecting to make arrangements for the in-person interview only for the HR person to tell me they are looking for somebody more technical. It was pretty offensive and it seemed intentional. Oh well...

Interview process was incredibly over-complicated with requests to build a presentation on the company itself in the 3rd round. Even for a software engineer this was an abhorrent interview process and I self selected to drop out which does appear to be what they're shooting for with these practices. Trying to weed out anyone who is not completely bought in to their specific company without ever having worked there.
Went through the whole process, just to be ghosted. I received a generic rejection email over the weekend. Zero communication even after multiple follow-ups. As if candidates in this market haven't already had enough people telling them they don't matter.

Applied on company's website. HR reached out and asked a few questions about why Blue Origin and citizenship status. Then scheduled an interview with manger. Did not go past the manager.
