I was told how I am everything they are looking for, but it was obvious I wasnt getting the job the minute the manager realized I'm getting an MBA and was more experienced than her when she first started the role. She wasted my time explaining the role and didnt ask much about me after my education. I was promised a response and they ghosted me. Very unprofessional
