The hiring process starts out with an in person application. Upon review they will call you for a 1st interview if they feel like you are a good fit. Your first interview is usually with a Territory Manager or the Sales Manager. If you are able to pass their litmus test you are called in for a final interview with the Branch Manager. Upon completion of this interview you either are offered a job or not.
