I saw the post on their website so I applied on their site. I received an email back saying they were interested in me. After that we scheduled a phone call where we had the first round interview. This was as far as I made it, but it was explained that I would go to a second round interview with more people, and finally a design test that would be similar to the work they do to see if I fit in.
