Applied online, was looking for jobs in the Youtube management/tech field. Got a call from a recruitment office saying I could be a great fit for Omnia Media (Blue Ant acquired) and proceeded to set up the meetings. Overall, 1 phone interview, 2 in-person meetings, met with 3 managers total. Was honestly one of the best hiring processes I've ever been a part of.
