I got introduced to them via a recruiter. After a few days they emailed me that they liked my profile and wanted to have a direct call with me. They also sent me a video of about half hour (via recruiter) that explained how they work to watch before the interview. We had to reschedule a couple of times because they were not able to do the interview at the time we previously agreed upon. After a few reschedulings I got a call from the recruiter that they don't want to continue with my application any longer. So basically, they just wasted my time for nothing and not even cared to apologize. Companies like Bloomon should learn to treat people like, well, people, not their toys!
