Applied online. Got a recruiter call a couple of days later. This was followed by an interview with one of the members of the staff. Basic Statistics and ML questions. I was set up for a next round of interviews but declined as I accepted another offer.

I was referred by a recruiter to the interview. They conducted a series of on-the-phone software-assisted programming interviews with others holding the same title. Very friendly but technology challenging process.
