There were five to six rounds of interviews with HR and Legal teams. Everything handled extremely well and interviews were very smooth and insightful! Extremely transparent environment. Highly inclusive culture. Career progression is given a lot of importance.

Tell me something about yourself. How did you hear about this position? Why do you want to work here? Why did you decide to apply for this position? What is your greatest strength? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What do you know about this company/organization?
Interview with NY head of team was pleasant and fruitful. Local APAC lead seemed to have preconceived impressions about candidate based on the fact that candidate had been approached for the role and not vice versa, and did not seem as genuine in engagement (e.g. reflecting that candidate was not forthcoming in interview despite candidate asking repeatedly if there were any further questions from interviewers)

They had a lot of questions around cultural fit, however it implies that people are incapable of change or are stereotyped by having been employed by more conservative organisations
