Phone Interview - just basic knowledge of the company and personal questions
Final Interview - Again some personal questions and then both situational and technical. Not so hard and easy to manage. I know exactly where I failed to answer correctly and hence got no job offer.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
