it was an online. interview with self recorded answers, thirty minutes duration ideally, though untimed - three chances to answer each question. I was emailed an online link and it was a decent experience

Normal process through and through with nothing different compared to other companies. OA. Recruiter screen. Then a few more rounds of interviews. The interviews were pretty tough and hard but usual in the current market

Tell me about a time you made a difficult decision
There were several rounds. Application with some questions, then hirevue interview which asked several questions and then several rounds of interviews with employees. It was fairly straightforward and just need to be yourself and not worry too much.
