Drawn out. A series of video & in person meetings. The in house recruiter was excellent at communicating during the process, and each group interview was professional. However I had the feeling that all parties weren’t aligned on what they were looking for in the successful candidate. Ultimately I “lost out” to a peers with similar experience but who was a little less senior. On reflection, the culture probably wasn’t for me. I’ve subsequently heard that there is enormous pressure to be physically in the office and remote/flex working is not an option.

Three rounds 1. Phone interview, (usual questions: why Bloomberg, talk me through your CV, what motivates you to do your job)
2. Interview with the team lead and a team member (why this role, examples for good customer service, strengths and weaknesses),
3. Team manager and another senior team member (again why this role, talk me through your CV, How do you think you will fit into the team, again strengths and weaknesses and some weird unexpected personal questions...)

First there was a phone interview with an HR Rep and then I went in for an in-person interview. I am not sure what else to say. It was a very straight forward process and there were not any tricks or tricky questions asked. I was judged based on my experience, that's really it.
