J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bloomberg (New York, NY) en avr. 2009
Entretien
it was very simple and casual, i met with my (potential) manager -- interview lasted about an hour and the next week I got an offer. This was several years ago and seems to have changed significantly. I was also recommended by a current employee. This is the fastest way to get a job here, find someone you know who works there and have them submit your resume.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question is about the Bloomberg culture. Be upbeat, talk about doing whatever it takes and show that you want to be a part of a team. The culture and values are the #1 reason they hire people. If the interviewer doesn't think you will be a good fit then you wont get the job.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Bloomberg (New York, NY)
Entretien
The interview process was fairly typical and straightforward, with nothing overly complex or unexpected. The questions were standard and focused on my experience and background. What stood out most to me was how easy-going and approachable everyone was throughout the conversation. The overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, which honestly surprised me in a positive way.
It was three round, including on language test. all 1-1 until the final round. everything was done online. However, depending on when you apply I've heard some people have more rounds than myself.
