The process took one month. The first round is a video interview with easy general questions. The second stage is the assessment day. The day is divided is two parts, the first half has an analytical test, coding test, workflow exercise (face to face with team leaders) and group assessment. Despite they said that coding and analytical test is not the most important part and they are conscious that some of the candidates don't have coding skills, at the end these tests have a high weight in the final decision.
In the group assessment, I can't say what is the appropriate way to do it because I followed some tips that I found on the internet (participate, ask questions, be conscious of the time, among others) and at the end when I received the feedback they pointed me out these actions as negative.
In general the AC is very good managed but it's really uncomfortable to wait with the group to receive good or bad news for the following part in the afternoon. Finally but not less, the title of the position is misleading, it is not a data analytic position because you don't do data analysis, you just have to improve data quality, data sources, that means is a position for engineers not for finance or economic background. Maybe that's the reason because they chose candidates with coding background (Phyton and SQL).
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.

Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.

Day1: I submitted my application in the private link provided by HR.
Day15: Received an HR phone interview invitation.
Day22: HR phone interview.
