It seems like that company already has someone in mind. the interviewer was not respecting the person being interviewed. As she slouched in the chair and showing non-chalant expression. Even if this could be one of the interview techniques, it still does not let the interviewee to feel good about joining the firm.

The interviewer rushed me on the phone. It was obvious she was looking for specific answers to the questions. I was more than qualified, this role would have been a demotion for me but didn’t receive a call back nor email.
