Initial phone interview basically about what did I know about the company and why I wanted to work there (conducted by a Customer Service Representative!!!). On Site interview; A very unprofessional interview with Team Leader and a Customer Service Representative on Special Project!! (to my astonishment, no HR involved again). One of the interviewers was more anxious that myself and kept playing with her hair while making irrelevant questions. They do not appropiately read my CV before the interview. Later they took me to the floor to sit with a Representative. Parrot-like job, just switching to the right department 90% of the calls, call centre job well disguised as high quality customer service, office furniture poorly kept, overall had bad impression, untidy and messy office. Typical questions; Why I wanted to work there? Where do i see myself in 5 years? A situation when I dealt with a difficult customer? What do I think effective team work involves? A situation that I resolved thinking outside the box...
