Applied on the website; after a month I got the hirevue interview to do in 4 days and after another month I got an interview with two employees from two different divisions. Hirevue interview with basics questions on motivation and 'tell me about a time when...' plus one concerning news. Video interview more in depth on why global data, why Bloomberg, time you improved a process, time you showed time management.....

Was recruited through LinkedIn and this is the process I went through 1. CV Review through Application form 2. HackerRank Assessment (7 Questions) 3. Interview with Entry Level Recruiter (30 mins-ish) The whole process took less than a month. Recruiters were very friendly so don't worry.
