first stage: phone interview with a hiring manager. ( first half in English second half in Japanese. about 30-40 min. ) second stage: 1:1 interview with a project manager and 2:1 interview (1 and a half hour in total) third stage: job shadowing and 1:1 interview (about 2 hours)
