The interview process for the Senior Recruiter position was a well-structured and professional experience overall, characterized by role-relevant questions and high-caliber global teams. It began with an excellent 30-minute introductory call with a Singapore-based Senior TA professional, followed by a panel discussion with representatives from the UK and Pune offices. While the international interviewers were exceptionally polite, punctual, and insightful, I found the interaction with the local recruitment lead in Pune to be somewhat rigid. Her assessment seemed heavily focused on specific brand names and pedigree rather than the underlying skills and core competencies required for the role, leading to a preference for word-for-word answers rather than an exploration of professional experience. Despite this specific difference in evaluation style, the overall quality of the questions and the professionalism of the international panel members made for a positive candidate experience.
