Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager call, and then panel interview with 3 interviewers. The recruiter was really nice and she explained everything to me about the role and the process. The hiring manager though wasn’t as professional. I felt the interview was more like a fishing expedition for them as I was asked questions about how my former company operated, the tools and agency we used, the technology integrations, and how we measured campaigns. I felt uncomfortable but the interviewer seemed to take advantage of the conversation and kept writing down notes. It was a terrible experience. She seems new to the job so I kind of get it, but totally unprofessional. I then got an email for the next round, a panel interview. I declined and withdrew my application after such bad experience.
