Entretien
First a phone screen with the Recruiter, then a 30 min phone call in which I had to remind the hiring manager that she was late for her next meeting. Next I met with two senior folks in the department. After a day, they scheduled me for 5 additional Zoom interviews, over two days. I met with the first two on Monday, sent my Thank You emails. Tuesday I waited for the first of three interviewers to join the Zoom, and nearly 10 min into the 30-min slot I emailed the Recruiter asking if the person was running late, or not going to make it -- I'd silenced my phone for the interviews, so I missed her return call, but her vm said "sorry we had to cancel, we'll reach out to reschedule". That's 10 days ago, and the Recruiter hasn't responded to 2 emails, and a vm I left. This is a senior level position; the fact that they'd completely ghost a candidate who had already been through three rounds, then having the candidate wait 10 min for an interview they forgot to cancel is asinine.

Question 1
Simple questons that were largely behavioral based. I'll note the HIring Manager stopped asking questions 10 min into our time, and turned the last 20 min onto me to ask her questions. She was utterly unprepared.

The interview process was quite drawn out and unpredictable. I enjoyed every interaction, but the interview panel just kept adding more and more interviewers. The final number of interviews was 9.

Question 1
I did get a lot of questions about how I would do the role that I interviewed for.
