interviewed with director and managing director; two separate interviews. Very easy process. Just went over resume and asked a few questions. Truly should have been a more thorough interview to ensure that I had the proper skills and understand of the job. Not a very organized interview process at all.

Took 4 months and I did not receive any feed back for the decline. They told me they normally do 3 interviews, I did 4. The last interview the person was 15 minutes late and the next candidate was in the room with us.
