I applied for a senior full-stack developer position, the interview process was extremely disappointing. After scheduling multiple interviews with the HR representative, they missed each one without any explanation or follow-up. I had to reach out multiple times to reschedule and send emails with no respond and they continued to miss the meetings. This experience left me with a negative impression of the company's professionalism and organization.
