Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. We were really disappointed to read about your interview process — definitely not cool, and we're really sorry. We'll discuss your feedback with the Design team immediately. We will work to make sure that future interviewers and recruiters are more organized and arrive to interviews on time so that there is enough time to properly run the interview and assess candidates’ talents. We have been working on how to overcome technical difficulties with Google Hangout and Skype and hope to solve the issues you experienced. Again, we're very sorry about what you experienced. It’s not okay. The candidate experience is very important at Square and we value your feedback.
