It was a nice interview, relaxed. Initially I was told what the company does and then was asked about my professional experience. I had a few questions about the position and they were answered too.

The recruiter I worked with was utterly unprofessional. I spent almost 2 months interviewing with Square and was told that I was one of two final candidates. After that conversation, the recruiter completely ghosted me, never giving me the professional courtesy of an email or phone call. The company touts treating people with respect, but that apparently does not include candidates. The interview process was call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, first onsite round of interviews, take home assignment, final round of onsite interviews, and then dead silence....
