The Block interview process consists of four rounds: two technical, one system design, and one past experience. During the technical interviews, your coding skills and problem-solving abilities will be evaluated through writing, testing, and optimizing code for given problems. The system design round will test your ability to design, scale, and overcome challenges in a system. In the past experience interview, be prepared to share examples of your impact in previous roles.
