J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Block
Entretien
They have a lot of divisions internally and you can be bounced around before they send you the right team. (I was bounced around) I scheduled the initial 2 interviews and didn't get passed that. The questions are generally easy but I think people are touchy feely, so it's really hard to tell what they were really evaluating for. I feel they are pretty cocky too. During the interview I was told the hiring bar is incredibly high and that's why working at Block is fantastic. However, the people I interviewed with didn't seem anything extraordinary. Additionally, after the interview I felt like asking one the people who interviewed me: well, the hiring bar is so high here? so what are you doing working at Block? Like do you consider yourself a superior human being?
