I applied and got an email for a phone screen interview with a recruiter. I was so excited to get invited to have a phone screen with the recruiter. We had a good talk, they asked only three questions, and then the rest was free flowing conversation where I asked a bunch of questions about the position and company. At the end she asked, "do you have any questions for me?" which threw me off because I just finished asking a bunch of questions during our conversation. So I said no I think I asked all my questions regarding the position, but then asked what next steps would look like. I was told if I get selected to move forward I will go on to a video interview with a few hiring managers, and they would let me know their decision by the beginning of the following week. I got an email a few days later saying, "Thank you for taking the time to discuss the (position I applied for) role and for sharing more about your background with us. Your experience is impressive, but unfortunately the team has decided to move forward with other applicants at this time. " Was very sad to not get any real feedback on why I wasn't chosen to at least continue and interview with the hiring managers when I had so much experience for this role. Perhaps I came off too ambitious and excited about the opportunity to work with the company... I'm unsure why the recruiter was not willing to give me a chance. It is what it is.

Pre-screening calls x2 [first with a team member to check language skills, then with Managing Director]. The following week was 4 back to back interviews in 1 day. Mixture of team members, team lead, and Senior leadership. Way too long a process for a junior level role like this.
Very easy straight the point. There are two interviews. The first one they ask you basic question customer service questions. Second Interview you have to memorize a scenario and give instructions to recruiter.
It was easy and simple. I had to wait a little bit to get to the actual interview but not that much. The interviewers were nice and pleasant. They answered all my questions
