I applied online through a link I had seen on Linkedin. A day or two later, a recruiter (Tommy Xaio) reached out to me for a 30 min phone screening. The very next day I got an email notifying me that I would be moving to the next round of interviews which would be 3 hours long and with 6 different interviewers, all responsible for asking me a different set of questions (general topics for these questions were provided in the email). I then replied with my availability and had the interview the following week. The interview was coordinated by Emma Bednar and all went smoothly. Within the next two hours following the end of my interview I received a call from Tommy, my recruiter at Square, who then offered me the position. Overall the entire process start to finish was less than 2 weeks, and my recruiter and interview coordinator were available for any questions throughout the process. It was enjoyable and the culture of Square really shows with each person you interact with.

The most important part of the interview is a case in which you are tasked with doing pre-requisite research about a few Square products/services which you will then use during the interview as if you were an AM. This task allows them to see your mindset and gives them insight as to how you would approach a conversation with Square clients, so spend extra time preparing for this section.
Pretty easy interview process. There was an initial screening with recruiter then two interviews with the hiring manager and director. Asked questions about previous job history and did a mock sales call.

Good process, 5 interviews in total. First is with hiring manager, second to fourth is with the team and fifth is a presentation with hiring manager and other staff member. Overall very friendly and easy.

Was contacted originally by a recruiter, and then had a phone screen interview. After that was two additional interviews - one phone interview with the DM and another via video.

Mostly standard interview questions about your experience. They were very interested in a candidate looking for a career with Square, and seemed to really want you to already be very interested in the company.
