1) The hiring manager and the team were well prepared, structured and respectful. Some of the expectations were actually told in prior to the onsite but not much was aligned with respect to the role.
2) Recruiting team was very bad, unresponsive and unprofessional. In spite that I came as a referral and went multiple rounds of interviews, I was literally ghosted. I understand they are busy but they should be responsible enough to inform at least to the people who took the last round and spent two months. I am interested to see how these recruiters(being the face of the company) continue to keep the brand and culture of Square this way.
Overall I enjoyed meeting the team and learning about what they are doing in payment risk analytics space.

Entretien
1) The hiring team was well structured with their interview questions. They even get you some insights in prior to help you get ready with the expectations but overall expectations are not very directly aligned with the role. I had a good experience meeting the team and learning about what they are doing.
2) Recruiting team is very unprofessional. I was being ghosted inspite I came with an internal referral and spent almost 1-2 months in completing multiple rounds of interviews. I followed up the recruiter(Joy) many times but she didn't care to respond. I am very interested in seeing how they can continue to represent the company's image and culture continuing this behavior with potential candidates.
The hiring manager and the team were smart, learned and well mannered but the recruiters need to have effective communication skills because they are the face of the company.
