MANY interviews; phone, web, 2 in person interviews on 2 different dates. Dress nice but casual but not sloppy as casual attire is the daily norm. Do NOT wear a suit or tie since it would most likely be viewed as not a "good fit" with the culture. Smile and be friendly!

The Chief compliance director for Ireland was unfriendly and looked as if she did not want to be in the interview. The questions asked were around stakeholder management, what you want out of your career, how you work with business partners and how you present information to senior stakeholders vs the board.

How do you present information to various stakeholders.
I applied online and was contacted next day by HR for a screener. Screener went really well and I had a Hiring Manager interview the next week. I thought the hiring manager interview went well but it's now 2 weeks later and I haven't heard a word, despite follow-up on my end.
Pretty disappointed that such an innovative company cannot bother to keep candidates apprised of the interview process/I wouldn't have expected interview ghosting from Square.
