      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Block (Saint Louis, MO) en sept. 2016

      Entretien

      A long drawn out process that started in August and ended unsuccessfully in November. Communication with the HR recruiter was very poor and very inconsistent over the 3-4 month period. Every tine I was told that I would hear from them, I did not. Very unprofessional experience. I was finally told that I was too passive for their strong environment and that they needed someone who was more direct. I actually laughed because by all accounts, I am the exact opposite of passive. I am very blunt and direct but definitely wouldn't want to come off that way in an interview. Funny that that feedback came AFTER I submitted questions about the reputation of their call center. Apparently someone doesn't like being questioned.
