My biggest feedback is that the process went through waves of slow going and then suddenly rushed. Took a long time to hear back in between rounds and then they would want to schedule interviews basically immediately (usually within 1-2 days of hearing back)

I was interviewed first by the immediate supervisor during a 30 minute interview. At the end of this interview I was informed that I'd be moving forward in the process, and was told how I'd be receiving information for the next steps. That information arrived the next day and I was quickly and easily scheduled for follow-up interviews that aligned with my availability. I then completed two additional interviews, each containing two other relevant parties. These interviews lasted roughly one hour each. Immediately following these interviews, I was notified of the expected timeline via email. I received a phone call earlier than expected with a final result and offer from my recruiter!
