HR communicated with me by text daily to make sure I was prepared for the interview. It only took a few days to get scheduled for my interview so it was a fast process. Very personable. I met with Katelyn for my first interview and she had a lot of great energy. She made me want to come back and learn more about the company. I met with Micah for my second interview and he explained everything very thoroughly. The questions were easy to answer and the interview wasn’t too long. They seem to be very focused on their employees and not just their clients which is a great change. Great interview process overall. It was smooth and informative. Great team but the position ended up not being for me. I hope they find the right candidates!
