I must say these #$%^ don't know how to hire people, first of all I would like to tell you all that they are bluffing us like anything they said that they have only 3 vacancies available with them but they are hiring people like anything, the HR staff is completely uneducated & they don't even know how to take interview and what kind of questions need to be ask. They are taking interview on a kitchen table and the place is full of crowd I must say it was a fish market. Second thing they said they are hiring for CRM but actually they are hiring for Customer Support (BPO Process). So I suggest you do not waste your time behind these kind of ^*&@^, they gonna meet the worst part of the market very soon.
