I felt very disrespected during my visit to the office. Elena, the owner, was interviewing other people and hardly acknowledged me by the time it was my turn (didn't even introduce herself to me) and was not completely prepared for my interview. She gave a quick glance at my resume and was judging it, almost in a demeaning way. She told me I was not a good fit on the spot and rushed me out once she realized my skills weren't on par with her standards, and was checking her e-mail to schedule other interviewers. I will say that it has a nice startup office environment but that's about it. Plus, the door was opened throughout my interview, so I am pretty sure her employees heard the whole interview, which was not great to begin with. By far, this is one of my worst interview experiences and the interviewers lacked basic professional etiquette and courtesy.
