I applied for a 2D animator / motion designer role through email first, and then I had an interview with a creative director and an executive producer in the second stage. The interviews atmosphere was good. I waited for my application result for 3 months but they never replied to me even though they said they will let me know the application result. I asked them about the result and what's going on. But eventually they ghosted me.
