Invited by the HR and the interview session went very well. The interviewer was very kind and informative when i ask questions about the company. The question given was all related to my experience.

The whole process was very quick, took only two weeks from HR reaching out to offering stage. Application process includes: 1. PRD Assignment (1 hr) 2. User Interview with direct supervisor 3. HR Interview 4. User Interview with your supervisor's boss 5. Medical check 6. Offering stage Interview process went well, all user are very friendly and casual during the call. HR seem to not understand the role of PM though. Decided to withdraw my application after talking with HR during the offering stage. HR specifically said these two things during the call: 1. "We don't have overtime fee here because we see overtime as a sign of your loyalty to the company" 2. I was asking about sick leave procedure and HR said "I don't think you should take sick leave when having minor sickness/symtomps because it probably will be considered as part of your performance". I don't think this is the HR faults, I see it just as a reflection of the company culture and really glad that I get to someway see/feel it before joining. Overall process was good and everyone response very quickly. It just that I feel like the culture of the company does not fit with what I am expecting.
