Phone screen with recruiter. Phone interview with manager. In person formal meeting with manager and a couple other people in different departments. Final interview is with the VP. This was done over Microsoft Teams.

They asked a lot to get to know you as a person. Trying to make sure you’d be a good fit for the company. They ask how you deal with stress and conflict. They asked for personal experiences with difficult situations in the workplace. They have you talk to other department heads to get a different perspective on how you’d fit within the company.
