After 10 scheduled interviews, 5 rescheduled ones, and 5 rounds of interviews, I still haven't received any feedback, even after two months. While the interviewers were professional and the conversations were positive, the lack of communication raises concerns about the company culture. They claimed the company is in a hyper-growth state, but that doesn’t seem to be reflected in their interview process. Additionally, the recruitmentspoc, who was very engaged during the interviews, never followed up or attended my call afterward, which was surprising and disappointing.

I had 8 round of interview with the presentation, lack of communication and unable to understand the value of time for others. Too much of interviews without knowing the value. Don't end up in this loop again, after everything there is no proper feedback from the HR team.
