Very unprofessional people. Cleared all rounds only to be declined in the final round over trivial design issues of my current project with the current company. (Yes, they shamelessly ask your current work to be shown and don’t care about confidentiality issues. ) Moreover, the management seems to be dubious and doesn’t seem to have any experience delivering real time projects. The boss doesn’t seem to be sharing much of his work history details on LinkedIn. Their minimal understanding of project delivery could be seen throughout the interview process. One of the interview panelist resorted to jokes on my PowerPoint (apparently she didn’t like how short it was). She also lacked ability to put across her thoughts in a professional manner. Overall, a colossal waste of time.
