The interview process starts with an HR interview then Technical Exam/Interview for technical roles and then Final Interview with direct report. Standard tell me about yourself, then proceed to clarifications on the roles and responsibilities on the submitted JD. Then some other scenario questions if applicable. The applicant is also given a chance to ask questions.
