Applied for a senior engineering role and was initially contacted with enthusiasm by a recruiter from the company. A screening call was scheduled, and I joined on time but no one showed up. After waiting for over 20 minutes and sending multiple follow-ups, I eventually got a delayed reply asking to reschedule. No apology or explanation was provided. I still gave the process a chance and proceeded with the rescheduled call, which turned out to be a standard screening with very generic questions. Later, I was told a second interview with a hiring manager would be arranged and was asked to provide my availability. I responded promptly with flexible time slots and followed up multiple times over several days when I received no confirmation. Despite repeated messages, I was completely ghosted. The interview never happened, and I never heard back again. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. There was zero respect for my time, no communication, and no closure. For a company working in the AI and deep tech space, I expected a more organized and respectful hiring process. Sadly, that was not the case. If you're applying here, be prepared for a lack of basic courtesy and transparency. My time and effort were completely wasted.
