Very fast, should have been weary of this, misleading description of the role. Had one interview with HR then one interview with hiring manager. They don't tell you all the details of the cold call expectations or the unfortunate team environment.
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
