The initial Hirevue Interview consisted of 4 questions. The platform gave two minutes to prepare for each question and then you had to record answers filming myself talking to the screen.

1st round with an individual - behavioural and CV based. 2nd round - all questions related to BlackRock's values. 3rd round with MD - CV, Behavioural, conversational, slight technicals based on your projects, work experience.
